-Wedding day itinerary -Coordination & attendance at ceremony rehersal -Scheduling hair, nails, and makeup -Supervision of vendors the entire day -Seating instructions for ushers -Verification that rings & license is on site -Placing candles & alter items -Arranging flowers, name cards, toasting flutes, cake knives, & other accessories at the reception site -Issuing vendor gratuities on your behalf -Assisting with accommodations for out of town guests
