Simply On Site (4 hours)

   -Pinning corsages & boutonnieres
   -Distributing bouquets
   -Seating instructions for ushers
   -Verifying rings & marriage license are on site
   -Placing candles & alter items
   -Organizing & lining up parents and wedding party for
     processional
   -Placing favors, name cards, table names, seating
     charts, cake knife & centerpieces at reception site
   -Welcoming & directing guests at reception
   -Coordinating details pertaining to introduction of 
     wedding party, toasts, grace, beginning of dinner
     hour, etc.
   -Consulting with DJ prior to departure to ensure that 
     all details pertaining to specialty dances & moments
     flow for the remainder of the evening

Simply Plus
Includes details featured in the Simply On Site package plus...

   -Coordinator consultations with bride & groom
     prior to wedding day
   -Follow up with all scheduled vendors one week 
     prior to wedding day
   -Wedding day itinerary
   -Coordination & attendance of rehearsal
   -Supervision of all vendors at wedding & reception
   -Issuing vendor gratuites on your behalf
